Ok so i have a lvl 70 Horde toon on Drak'thul (PvP) But i want to buy a lvl 70 alliance toon so i can play with my other friends on a different server. Can you buy world of warcraft toons from someone and then put them on your account so you dont have to pay to keep both accounts active? Thanks for the help.

As far as I know, I don't think you can just buy a toon and add it to your account.

The only way for you to magically get a 70 quickly would be to use a powerleveling service, but that can be VERY RISKY. I do not recommend it.

I think you could buy an account, with a 70 on it, and then use the paid transfer to place it on your account.

The only drawback that you might find is you can't have Alliance and Horde on the same servers.

For you to transfer a toon from one account to another both accounts in question have to be under your name. Usually when you buy an account or toon it obviously wont be in your name so no it wouldnt be possible.

Yeah this is correct. I think its only the last name that has to be matching.

So they don't go by billing at all? I mean if you bought an account, had it for a year or so, which means that the billing name/address is of course yours...or does the original owner to have be someone with your same last name?

I'm pretty sure it has to be the same full or last name. One of those. =p
