Do those " Level from 1 - 60 in 5 days " guides work?

Just curious if anyone has tried the whole ' Level from 1 - 60 in 5 days ' routine.

In 5 days I think it's pretty much impossible unless you have a power-leveler or are up all night knowing exactly what you're doing - you'd pretty much have to schedule it out perfectly to achieve such terrific results.

1-60 in 20 days seems more reasonable, and even that will require long nights of playing.

myself, got couple accounts, and trade all the time with them. got from lvl 1 till lvl 60 in 5 days as my /played says soo, but in rl that was more like a 6 days [almoust 7]. hardcore gaming. ye, lvled up pretty much chars, soo i know what im doing and where. but since those manuals only says where etc, its not possible, cuz u dont got maps in them, dont have any point-to-point description about every quest.
my friend got that manual, waste of money he sad! dunno !

some of thoise guides (mancow for ex) are realy good thing to have when you lvl'ing up

when they said 1-60 5 days its the /played time not the time it took them to level in real life. and yes it is possible . i have both the guidies at home . I can post links for you guys.

tho that i might start making new one and give it away to people for free. its not hard make guide, just lots of typing and screenshooting, but its easy, to lvl from 1-60, and from 60-70. :P

You really don't want to distribute copyrighted material on your site. The way to go is a complete rewrite from the ground up. Screenshot usage isn't the best idea because Blizzard has already filed suite earlier this year against one guide maker for the use of basic screenshots, not even the use of company logos. I'm kind of surprised they don't go after all the websites that use their artwork or screenshots. It would be the best way for them to nail the gold sellers.

When I leveled my blood elf paladin, I followed a guide by Jonas (Mancow) that advertised 1-60 in 6 days and 60-70 in 4. Of course, this refers to time played, not actual time. In reality, it took me about a month from 1-70.

That being said, I found the guide extremely useful. Tons of screenshots, videos, etc. If I would've had the time to level day in and day out, I could've made it to 70 much faster. These guides are great for players who don't have much time to level, and need to be able to pinpoint the most effective exp spots.

Old post, but 5 days playtime, not possible.

The best I've heard so far seems to be 1-60 in 9-11 real days, using an automated program running 24/7. I myself, have done that in about 3 weeks. I'm not quite on par with the more skilled players yet.
