Do those " Level from 1 - 60 in 5 days " guides work?

I think it means 5 days /played, which is not difficult at all.

I got to 70 on my druid in under 6 days.. and didnt use a guide, just questhelper.

I got 70 with 9 days /played without any of these "guides". I did so on a high-pop pvp server as well, and on a mage.

It's definately possible, but I wouldn't say it probable. Guides can either be difficult or a true pain to follow at times. I prefer attempting to level up without guides, but eh, that's just me I suppose. Having to follow guidelines can be really taxing at times, others it can be very much worth it.

I bought the Joanas Horde leveling guide and it proved to be VERY well worth it.

Between that and the Quest Helper addon i flew threw 1-70 in just a couple months.

If you have lvld 1-70 before I'm sure its simple, maybe not 5 days but close to it. I would want to learn the job though before I got it up so fast.

I used teh guides for a rough idea on where to go at certain levels.

I used TourGuide to level my numerous alts, and since I had already done the quests before, I knew where they were done, generally. It's an addon available at WoWInterface, and is updated daily. It's very useful, and I love it
