Will Blizzard drag their feet?

How long do you think Blizzard will delay the release of WOTLK, and what excuses do you think they will use for the delay.

lol well they say 4th quarter 2008, which means probably November. I actually think they'll release it mid December so they can sell out quickly for the christmas season.

They never really use excuses for their delays. They simply say it's not coming out until it's ready.

My cousin works for blizzard in there customer service dept and they cannot offical state, but she is pretty confident early December for the Christmas time. They are still working on 2 instances that suppose to be really detail in the drops are rare items. One thing she also mentioned that there will be fewer green drops vs last expansion. People (players) would be holding out because they knew the upgrade gear would be far superior then current higher instances / raids. Hope this helps.

ya prob will delay, i think for all they are saying the will do or are working out November would be long shot, but who knows, late November or early December would be the best for them from a sales perspective, but I sure as heck know I'm not waiting to open it Christmas day if its out a week sooner =P
