I have a sick feeling that this feature will now be exploited by scammers....

Oh! i have never thaught about . Mods please tell me if i keep it delete it . I just want to protect every seller from getting scammed and loosing thousands of playtime and hard efforts he spent to build his account.

No problem. I tend to be a bit of a pessimist, and was unaware of this feature myself actually.

The best way to avoid being scammed is to follow your gut... And to just generally be knowledgeable about how the developer of that MMORPG operates. Presently, I'm trying to trade a WoW Hunter for a Tank or Healer(see my posts ;p), and someone had an account with the email transferable but claimed to not know the secret question answer... They then proceeded to say that the SQA means nothing if you have the email address, and that Blizzard requires you to fax a photo ID to them to change any of the information... Naturally, I ended contact with him and warned him that trying to tell someone fake Blizzard policies would naturally lead to people thinking of him in a sketchy way...
