The Glider forums recently were too busy to respond, but seem to have gotten a little better. Mercury says he doesn't know what, if anything, in Glider tripped the alert yet. Still waiting for the dust to settle.

Yeah big ban. I quit gliding about 3 months ago myself. Although I'm thinking about starting again. This weekend would be a good time I think.

I like jumping between FFXI and WoW. Although, grinding to 70 in WoW is boring as hell. This ban was looooooong overdue. Not that I'm asking for one, but it's been a good while. I've been anticipating one for some time.

Is Glider worth the money? I've been contemplating starting... but I have no idea how to use it. I used FFXIApp on XI, never got banned (but char got stolen, /wrist.)

well, if you run a mac you could always use boot camp...unless your mac is older. And for all of yall inquiring about using glider I would suggest using something else instead that seems to be much safer and the ban wave did not affect it. Try using innerspace. It is a program by lavishoft and not many people know about it or use it I dont think because it isnt as easy to use. It requires a payment every 3 months or year and works flawlessly and can be used as a battlegrounds bot or as a regular leveling bot or as a party bot where it will do instances for you. I could maybe get a guide up in a post if you guys really wanted.

Glider blocks known threats, while Innerspace defends against unknown threats. That's the main difference between the two.

What's the point of botting I thought that the point of playing WoW was for fun? Not to rush through everything and try and get as much stuff with as little work from you as possible.

For people who have already leveled and want to play another char, leveling isn't fun.
