Indeed. Go to the webform on World of Warcraft Europe -> billing support.

Fill in the information; do it correct. Check everything. Add an ID card which shows you are the original owner of the account. Make sure you are polite. Give as much information about the account as you can, of which they need. I'm not sure which exactly they need, though.

what with all the scammers around, it's best to wait 20 days (after which they can't automatically use chargeback to get their money - which seem to be the favourite scamming method - but can still file disputes up until 45 days) before you give them cd key, secret question/answer and sometimes even changing the email (doesn't affect them playing does it). even though a lot of sellers are first/one-time and therefore new to Paypal and its scammers, alot of the scammers I've come across are noobs too - they always seem to file chargeback almost several hours after receving the login/password and you should be able to immediately call up blizzard and change the email/password back

you have to try webform ... on wow-europe.com ... it will take about a week (in my case it was a week) to resolve everything... but keep calling them and write in game ticket's if u can...
p.s. and you need a cope of your ID indeed ... if u will not send it ... they will not do anything... they will just wait for the ID cope... so... you are not the "official" owner of your char... good luck mate.
