You Can't Trust Anyone Even With Paypal

I have someone that paid me $400.00 for an account and about 4 hours that night she tried getting a refund, I gave her ALL the information for the account but I didn't give her the CD key...but anyways her E-mail is xvampyrax@aol.com do not trust this person at all, I am currently on the phone on hold trying to talk to an agent to tell them about this crap its BS because I cannot tell them I sold a WoW account to this individual she has my account and I cannot get it back and she has the money and my account...ooo god I hate people...

i had the same thing happen to me call blizz account and billing tell them you cant access your email and you need it changed they will ask for security q a tell them it and the new email theyll change it then do password retrieval and you got your account back. then if you want to make sure this person doenst try and be a bitch and take your account again fill out a webform to change your Security question

same stuff happened to me sold a rogue/warrior account for 150 guy claimed it was false and since there is no proof they got a free refund

See the thing is, is I am not the owner of the account I sold, so I am kinda fucked until I get a hold of the owner...so yeah, it sucks but umm hopefully that person that stole from doesn't transfer the characters to a different account before I get it back

same shit happened to me- i also traded an account i wasnt the OO of and it was a s2 dspriest and that got taken from me then the s3 druid i had was also taken when i traded so u get screwed by the biggest nerds-

had the same thing happen to me twice. the reason so many scamers use paypal is because paypal dose not give a shit.

a few years ago paypal where sued by to american fellas for over a million dollars for holding back funds kind of the same thing that has happened to you guys. i bet you all didnt know that or you would not have joined them.

also a few years ago 6 paypal employes were jailed for scaming over 600.000 dolloas of paypal customers money.

dont think you are the only one this has happened to. theres a site dedicated to people who have had charge backs threw paypal. theres over 2000 posts i think., cant remember the webpage otherwise id post it for ya.

id advise staying the hell away from paypal. buying selling everything. i bought an account from a guy for 600 dollars and he took the account back almost 2 months later. i asked paypal if there was anything they could do and guess what..... nothing.

so good luck guys. if your selling or buying an account i would use western union or my fav bank to bank that way you get the sellers real name and address so if he dose scam you you can go say hello when hes eating his breaky some morning. and btw the "Girl" who scamed you is most likely a guy who did so to gain your trust alot better.

When you sell an account, don't sell virtual goods. Sell them a piece of paper with account information on it. As long as you have a tracking number, papal will find it in your favor, not theirs. Hope this helps.

Question about this, for those of us who have a paypal account and also have recieved their paypal visa, i am thinking of a way to get back at these scammers. The other night I had a pretty funny encounter with one, went something along these lines:

Scammer: Hey long time no see.
Me: Who are you again?
Scammer: Do you have wow account for sale?
Me: Yes my rogue, its yours for 300USD.
Scammer: OK, what is paypal i will send money first, god will be our witness (No lie he said that, rofl!)
Me: Oh i just checked around some sites and rogues currently just jumped in price to 700 USD so i want 700 instead.
Scammer: How is rogue gear? Hmm OK I will buy, what is paypal?
Me: Actually I want 800USD now, because i like my rogue.
Scammer: OK 800 USD, what is your paypal?
Me: Thanks for the fun but your an idiot.

Basically I just had fun with it then cut him off, im curious though, if i were to give him my paypal, and he were to pay me the 800, and give him the account (Make an actual trade, ASSUMING he would just try to refund it a little later down the line) Is there a way for me to do this, go out to like a best buy and use my Paypal visa debit and make a quick purchase while the money is still technically in the paypal account? Is there any negative thing that can happen to me for doing this? (I would definately follow through on my end with all the account info if this type of thing were to work, because I actually would sell my account for 800 lol :P) Any input would be greatly appreciated :P

PS: I am NOT a scammer, merely trying to get the most out of a scammer and give THEM a taste of their own medicine, all previous sales I have done on this site had been 100% legit. (All 2 of them lol).
