Possibly way to safely buy WoW Accounts?

I am in the market for an account and I was trying to think of possibly a "safer" way to get the account without the seller taking the account back and minimizing the loss potential to the seller/buyer and here is what I came up with:

Both Buyer and Seller
1) Verify each other, LAN lines, Paypal Contact info matches, Paypal verified, etc.

Buyer:
Buys WoW Battlechest account, creates username and password with account information matching first and last name of seller (I do not believe address matters?)
Buyer sends login info to the seller along with the funds to transfer the account they are buying.
Buyer sends full funds to middleman services.
Buyer sends account info. to Middleman.
If the seller tries to scam the account, the buyer simply contacts Blizz to have the password reset and since the account is character free, there is no risk potential. At this point the only thing lost is the money paid for the account transfer.

Middleman:
Informs seller funds have been received and are being held until character is transfered to account Buyer has provided.
Middleman verified account is valid and awaiting character transfer.

Seller:
Seller receives instruction from Middleman that funds are being held in the amount requested and awaiting character transfer. If the amount is correct and middleman instructs to proceed --
Seller changes password to the account.
Seller transfers character to account provided by Buyer.
Seller informs middleman transfer has been completed.
Seller provides new password to account to Middleman.

Middleman:
Middleman logs in to account and verifies account matches what buyer has described.
Middleman changes password.
Middleman releases funds to Seller.
Middleman releases new password to Buyer.
Transaction complete.

It would seem that the buyer now has their account on the account they provided and are protected against the seller trying to reclaim the account by contacting Blizz, since the Buyer has the original key and secret question/answer. Seller has their money.

Now I know there are possible problems... such as:
1) What if the character is not as described? IE. Missing gold... items.. incorrect description.. mistakes.
2) What if seller or buyer changes their mind after the process has started?
3) ??

Plenty more, but what do you think? Am I on to something? Is there something similiar/better than this?

this site offers a proffessional Middleman service, costs a little bit of money but the "who goes first" in trading accounts or account for money, is taken out of the equation, reducing a majority of scams.

having a middleman is the safest way to buy/sell an account by far from what ive seen,generally the buyer is the one to pay for the service, and you can give the buyer a small break if you choose to on the final cost of the account, say to make it more fair, go half or something. This site has a Middleman service, and I ve heard it takes like 99% of the risk out of the buying/selling as far as getting scammed. I would highly recommend using one .

I think middlemen services really take the edge off both buyer and seller in the long run.

Yeah Middleman for sure! That's what I'm thinking all the way. It just seems better and put me in a better mood when I saw it too =)

Nice concept, but also someone could be out 60 dollars from transfer money and battlechest account
