It'll definitely be hard for you to powerlevel your professions without a mount. That really sucks man. If I were you I'd pick up mining and skinning. I made the same mistake of picking my profs late with my first char. If you get cartographer your life will be easier with the node maps.

Skinning is your best bet now, With the sunwell out, the need for kodo drums has skyrocketed. Get your skill up quick then sell leather like mad, high end guilds buy out all the leather almost as fast as you can put it up. Also, herbalism has made me a good buck, specially when BC first was released.

I regret leveling blacksmithing to 375, as I have access to better weapons than my old stormherald now, but I cant seem to click the unlearn button (to much money invested). =/

Skinning/Mining as everyone says. In an "Ideal" world at 70 with an epic flyer Mining/Herbalism is the way to go. Skinning can be competitive with mining prices at 70 but currently due to drums there are so many skinners compared to people who mine that I find prices to fluctuate way to much due to surges in supply.

Mining all the way, or sells for tons even at the copper level. Plus its all over, so its never hard to find or farm

My favorite combo is skinning and herbing. Both are easy (skinning is the easiest of course). At 70, I drop skinning and switch to Alchemy for my pots. I love pots.
