WTT <H> 70 Paladin and <H> 70 Warlock for Resto Druid or Resto Shaman

I have 1 account with 2 Level 70s on it that I am looking to trade for a Level 70 Resto Druid, or a Level 70 Resto Shaman

In order for me to even consider the trade your account / character must meet these standards:
1. Must be a U.S. server

2. Must be well geared PvP and PvE (The way I look at it - I am trading the Paladin for the PvP gear and Warlock for the PvE gear... you catch my drift)

3. Must be transferrable

4. Being horde is a plus, being alliance would require more gear or some other kind of compensation

(I do not have the Secret Question for this Account or answer, however I am a veteran trader and if you need verification I know many who would back me on that.)

As far as some details on the characters

Level 70 Warlock, Race - Undead, Realm Type - PvE:
3 Pieces of Season 1 and Season 3 gloves with 800 arena points
Epic Riding
Has Epic Weapons and a few pieces of Kara loot

Level 70 Paladin, Race - Blood Elf, Realm Type - PvE:
3 Pieces of Season 1, 1 Piece of Season 2, and 1 piece of season 3 with 1800 arena points.
Epic Riding and Regular Flying
Decent Holy PvE gear, a few epics.
Blue Protection gear, with 2 epics.
No Retribution gear.
