I can but 9999999999999 people get scammed over paypal. Why to risk?
To get paypal you need normal bank card as VISA, MASTERCARD etc. So what is wrong with WESTERN UNION or normal transaction. However as i said i am ready to give anyone interested my phone n0 and copy of passport.
I know that i wont scamm you. But in vice versa i doubt... really to many threads with this text:

Bloody shit i got scammed right now by PAYPAL... he/she cancled transaction few hours after i gave him/her account info.

So that is it. No need to risk really.
