Default Paypalsucks.com

For all those reading, just thought i would post and hopefully prevent you from getting scammed, as i have. This is for buyer's using paypal.

Rule #1. Do not, under any circumstances, file a "fake" dispute if the seller asks you too.
Rule #2. Always, always make sure it is something tangible you are buying, for example a book with the account information in it, or a piece of paper with the account information on it.
Rule#3. Get a Shipping tracking number from the seller prior to the sale.
Rule#4.Make SURE you put comments in your paypal confirmation box stating that you are buying a piece of paper with account information to wow character XXXX etc, and make sure you put the seller's name in that box as well. The more information in that box, the better time you will have dealing with paypal employees. Also make sure the Seller states that he is selling you that piece of paper, and will PROVIDE a tracking number prior to sell.
Rule#5. When you get an email asking you to confirm payment recieved from seller, make SURE it sais that he is a paypal verified user, if it does not, back out immediately.
Rule#6. Make Sure the address seller gives you prior to the sell matches his shipping address on paypal, and also make sure his EMAIL address is the same as the one sending you money. Multiple email address's is 80% of the time a scam.

General information you should always gather on sellers:
Address
Full name
Phone number (pref landline)
Email Address
Paypal email Address

Proceed to google the phone number and make sure the area code of the phone number matches the state he gave you in his address, if its a texas phone number with a utah address, there is a big red flag there.

If you do not do any of these steps, there is a high (80%) chance you will get scammed. PAY PAL WILL NOT DISPUTE ANY CLAIM FOR NON-TANGIBLE GOODS, SUCH AS WORLD OF WARCRAFT ACCOUNTS.
What that means is , if you do NOT buy a piece of paper/index card with the account information on it, paypal will 100% deny your dispute if the seller does not send you information like he stated he would. Now just because you require them to send you a index card, does not mean he can't email you the information first, but the step of getting a tracking number and showing him mailing you something is what's important, not the actual card itself.

Anytime you use ANY FORM OF PAYMENT for a virtual game exchange, you are at a high risk for losing that money. There is no %100 guranteed safe way to do any form of exchange for accounts, just know your seller. A general rule of thumb is to not buy/sell to anyone with 0 feedback on this forum, as they are most likely scammers/ return scammers on new accounts.

Hope this help's people to not get scammed, it is a big hassle to get the money back.
IF you get a dishonest seller, there is little you can do to protect you. As the original owner of an account can always retrieve his account back after 90 days without hassle, thus giving you 3 months of thinking you got a good clean sale, and finding out he just made $300, and got his account back with new items.
