Yes what they are doing is wrong BUT technically NONE of us are allowed whatsoever to sell our accounts, characters, or gold..

There is no such thing as selling time played blah blah.

I got an account banned when I went over this for about an hour and a half once with a GM...

Theres no selling of any properties of blizzard allowed...

So really theres no legal recourse you can take on anyone that does in fact scam you.

Just make sure you dont change the emails until paypal clears, make sure to talk on the phone. Make sure everything is as secure as possible.

If you EVEN for a minute have a bad gut feeling, TRUST IT... back out of the deal and wait for the next buyer.

Ive bought and sold about 14 accounts and NEVER ONCE been scammed.
