70 BE Warlock, 490 resil... U.S PvP, transfer up

The title says it all... I am selling my WoW account... The main character on the account is a level 70 BE warlock with full PvP gear.. He is on a U.S PvP server, and his transfer is up... He has every piece of season 3 honor gear, as well as 4/5 season 3 arena gear.. He has 13000 HP, over 1k spell damage, and 492 resilience self buffed.. He is currently SL/SL specced and is getting over 700 arena points a week.. The character is really a beast...
He is keyed for every heroic, and has 20 heroic badges in the bank.. He is a 375 miner and ~220 in engineering (I got bored of the character as I was raising it)... He is the leader of a 1700 2v2 team, and has both his epic and flying mount...
I am offering the sale in two ways... 1) Simply selling the account... and 2) I can transfer the character over to a blank account that you set up...
