-must be lvl 70 (could make an exception) with atleast a regular flying mount
-must have all the account registered info such as name, secret answer, and must be able to

change email address and must be able to perform account
password retrieval process.
-must be appropriately priced (i dont consider any account costing over 250$ regardless of

gear and time spent)
-must be a verified paypal user and be able to do transaction in real time (i dont want to

send you money and have to sit and wait for you to do all
account info change, i want it done once i send u the fund)
