How To Sell Account via Paypal (noob here)

I have decided to sell my WoW account but i am completely new in e-sales and i have no idea how to do it safely. I have verified paypal account and i am going to use it for the transaction. The problem is that i have never used paypal system before and i dont have any idea how the transaction goes.
I have read some information about scam protection but can anyone explain me step by step what i need to do when i have person interested in buying my account.
Can anyone give me an example how the transaction will goes step by step like
Do i need to send request for money and w8 until they clear in my bank account ( what does that "clear" mean? ). And after i get them in my bank account to send the account information and how do i send account information ( via mail or through soemthing else)
Can anyone give me an example pleace.
