I got scam and now im in trouble

I just sold my wow account to Syndee Davis, lvpoohbr2@yahoo.com and he's using windows1230@hotmail.com as well.

after i gave him the password and change the email to his email it all went wrong. He rechange the email again then charge back on paypal.

Now my paypal account got frozen and i've lose my account. I know i can still call to blizzard to change the email address again. But what about my paypal account? what can i do to explain to them that i got scam and remove limited access from my paypal?

You will have to call paypal and tell them what happened. This does happen often believe-it-or-not, however in my Paypal research I have found that some people's accounts are frozen for anywhere between days and months.

The best time to call Paypal is early in the morning when their offices open up, otherwise you will have about a 30 minute wait time on the phone. I wish you luck, however I will warn you that paypal does not ensure any digital transactions, meaning you will not get your money. I know, this sucks, I've dealt with it before. The only solace I can give you is that you are not the only one, and I hope you learn from your mistakes as I have learned from mine.

I almost got scammed out of a starter FFXI account for $100. What I did when the scammer tried ot refund was dispute the claims. I gave a true statement that the buyer knew the risks of buying through paypal yada yada and boom. I won dispute and kept the money and xfered it to my bank. Couple days later i get an email from the bum saying congratulations, but i will get my money back... etc. etc.
