Info on Egaming gold sales please?

So, I thought that one site, forget the name, was linked to Egaming supply? Gaming surplus, I think. But in the Live chat, an employee told me they were in no way affiliated with Egaming. I was going to place an order, but... I'm hesitant now... Has anyone used them before?

Gaming Surplus is owned ANDS operated by us - eGaming Supply.
Our support team on Gaming Surplus is different than eGaming Supply though and they - for the most part - are not trained to provide you with information/support about/regarding eGaming Supply.

I set up the network as eGaming Supply, an online game service provider, and Gaming Surplus, an online game currency provider.

Basically, here at EGS, no support is given for Gaming Surplus, and at Gaming Surplus, we are not their to support eGaming Supply - as EGS provides the servics and Gaming Surplus provides the product.

I know it may seem a bit confusing, but please try to understand that the staff at Gaming Surplus are there to provide support for Gaming Surplus customers, and the staff here at EGS are here to provide staff for EGS customers - the two, however, are interlinked.
