Question regarding Middlemen

Do the MM of this site operate on behalf of EgamingSupply ?

The reason i ask this is : after going through the MM process the seller did a password reset before i took control of the account. I have raised a dispute with paypal and the seller has stated that he no does not have control of the account, hes obviously lieing as i have seen him ingame using the same Linkshell pearl.

I am going to reference EgamingSupply as a company in my Dispute, stating that this person is either trying to sell an account that does not belong to him or is lieing and so i need to know what lvl of liability EGamingSupply provide if it was in fact the MM that had taken the account (which im not implying that it was) i dont want to state that the MM acting on behalf of EGS are reputable if there is no accountability.

Our middlemen are individuals we trust, and allow to function here as middlemen. Anyone else is not an approved middleman and has no affiliation with us at all.

Whilst we make all good faith efforts to eliminate risk, as per our contract:

We take no liability for any losses of accounts or funds caused by your use of our middleman service. The middleman service is designed to reduce the risk of loss substantially, but it cannot 100% guarantee a successful trade.

That doesn't mean we wouldn't try to help you get an account back (within reason).

The account information was never provided to me, what im trying to establish is that if the MM took the account would EGamingSupply be liable for it?

I've done over 150 transactions and dealt with accounts way more valuable in the last week then the account in question. I've never had anyone question my position, or character. I Did what i always do with a trade. I receive, i change info, i give the go, and the trade occurs. After the trade occurs buyer must change info immediately.
Most scams like these are often are for a low amount of cash. Unfortunately, i can only do my best to secure the account and turn it around as quickly as possible. Because of this now account verifications will be much stricter.

Ofc im not questioning you, im just trying to gather as much information as i can as the person is going to dispute my claim.

Notice to all. Account security measures are now much much stricter and safer for all parties involved. I will not let another scam like this occur ever again at egs.
