Im just looking for answers to some possible scenarios.

Scenario 1

I the purchaser of an account, have now obtained the account without the CD-Keys, i have the sellers name address and postal code, ip etc...., i payed through paypal

if the seller were to account recovery the account back, what action can i take?
both game wise, and legal wise, and paypal wise to retain my money?
will the sellers paypal account lose the money i payed?

Well, I think that you should try to ask about this on some other part of this forum, cause, this will not see many Exp-ed ppl... ^^

I think you should always ask for the CD keys, to prevent that from happening, but it always seems like paypal takes forever to get your money back or for them to even really consider helping you. ;\ I don't know a lot about this but~ Check the FAQ on paypal, and read through the terms and services about online selling etc ;o

If the OO wants an account back there's really nothing you can do to stop it. With FFXI they send out a Notary to prove you are who you are.
