Server transfer

Id like to be able to purchase some gil before I move along to the server Id like to reside on, problem is, there havent been any listings for either of the servers, which brings me to my question. If I already have a mule content ID, can I delete the mule, create a new character on the server with the gil Im after with the already purchased content ID, and then move both characters at the same time? Ive read you cant move new content IDs, but I havent heard if you can move new characters with old content IDs. Thanks in advance.

That is incorrect. There's only 2 restrictions to World Transfer.

1. Your first content ID on the account must be at least 90 days old.
2. You can't use one until it has been 90 days since the last one. (With exception you can transfer again if you forgot a mule & it hasn't been a week.

It doesn't matter if your content ID is old or new.

Can the account have been recently reactivated? or does that throw it back 90 days?

As long as 1 content ID has been on the account for 90 days it doesn't matter if a content ID is new or old or how many you have.

Shouldn't matter.

I bought a $2 account back when you could play 1 for 30 days w/o any expansions & canceled content IDs after the month. I then renewed that account & was able to server transfer.

Looks like im off to the gameing stores to go buy up all the copies of XI, then deactivate them all for 3 months and then have like 15+ accounts rdy for transfer lol.

You might not even have to do that. It may work with just the new 14 day free trial.

Yea same credit card wouldn't work... *thinks* I just thought of the most brilliant idea to get around this!

*comes back 3 months from now with a crapload of World Transfers*

(Probably not a good idea since all free trial accounts are under heavy RMT surveillance.
