I am about to sell my account and I need to clear my information. How would i go about clearing my info? Please help. I am in membership right now and it only let me change my address but I do not know how to clear the billing information or the actual name being used.

Go into services & support > memberships > update billing information.

Update your credit card to a visa or mastercard gift card, or something..

I appreciated this too. I've been toying with the notion of selling my account for a while, but never wanted to mess with the subscription info out of fear that they'd drop my account, and I'd have to pay for two months to resubscribe again if I wanted to play. Paranoid? Maybe a little. In any case, thanks.

I just went to POL Service and Support and asked them to take the credit card information off of my account. They did and my CC was off of the account. The only down side is that you have to wait about 30-45 minutes just to talk to a representative. But if you're selling your account, it's more than likely worth it.

I wish you could also change the NAME on the account too. It seems awfully strange to have 2 different names on billing and the actual account. Especially when you change the address to. I would think that would be a flag if they noticed.

Not really Emaki, i see what you mean, it's just 1 member of a family might be paying for the game for the rest of the family/friends etc. Parents paying for their Kids.

true, but when the IP address goes from somewhere like the UK to the US. I dont know, Its just something you can think about. You can always say "my online boyfriend quit and gave me his account" I guess. But then if you dont have all the information they ask you for you are SoL.
