Bought Acc - cant change PW or CC infos!

Hi all,

Bought an acc today, I can log into the game and play but cannot change my Playonline PW or update the CC info as I cant log into Service and Support.

They ask for my Playonline PW to log into Service and Support, when I enter my PW it says "invalid PW".

What to do?

are you using the same PW that was given to you buy the seller or the one you aded to the pol. These are 2 different PWs.

And make sure you are typing it correctly, as its case sensitive.

Looks like you got an EU account.

You need to download the EU client from SE's site. This will allow you to change the PW and credit card information.

Looks like you can only play on different client versions EU US JP, but not change any membership data, I am working to get a client version that fits this acc, gonna update if it worked.

I'm not sure if you have XP or a prior operating system. Perhaps someone else can chime in with a link.

Had the same problem before multiple times....
Solution is as Kendrah said, your account is not the same region as your POL. I don't know a EU POL download link but if I were you I would contact your seller and ask him what region your account actually is (possible that it is EU or JP).
If it's JP I might have a link somewhere I can dig up for ya, although if it's EU you're on your own....

I am on a EU client, the acc is US or JP,

do I need to download the US or JP POL version or the full JP US game?

Ok so I downloaded the US POL viewer from the link Kendrah1 suggested and it worked, I could log in
