Umm, first off, id like to say im an idiot... lol

Ok the problem:
I was in pol changing membership information/CC information for a recent account I bought. I was getting frustrated because it would NOT let me change the damn name/dob but would let me change everything else.

It was not accepting my CC information because I found out it was set to MC so I had to use my MC and that was all good, but BEFORE I realized that I cancled my content IDs so the old owner did not get billed. Now, i logged in today after the maint and he still got billed >_<;; so im sending him the fee via paypal to make it al better.

Now the problem is, it wont let me REACTIVATE all those content IDs I cancled...... When I went to reactivate content IDs, it made me reactivate 6 EMPTY IDs, not the ones that were on there to begin with... So my question is, WTF do I do now?

Are the ones that were there to begin with still there in the list, or have they completely vanished altogether?

When you cancel content ID's, you can't reactivate them until the new billing cycle. Most likely what happened is that his CC got charged for the content ID's, but the activation occurred as if you cancelled them for the month of March. In April you will be able to reactivate them.

For the meantime, you should still be able to play on the character because the premium has been paid.

That's assuming I understand your situation properly.

Yea, I think thats correct since I can still play on them.

The only problem I have left is that I still cant change name/dob in pol. eventho I changed everything else.

I also seem to be getting an SSL error everytime I try to go into the membership section in pol. dont know how to correct this problem at all. keeps saying date and time are incorrect or something.

i wasnt aware you could change the name / DoB... i mean, why would it let you? unless the original account owner got some sort of name change, there would be no reason for SE to allow name changes since its against thier ToS to even let another person *use* your char.

That is correct, you cannot change the name or date of birth. What I do is I take a screen shot of all the information as it is listed on playonline.com when you click on membership and put in ID/pass, so if I ever need the old information it is available to me.
