Account Hacked

Hello everyone, nice to meet you.
My account is european, it was hacked. I can't join Playonline now, it says "Incorrect PlayOnline ID or Password" ;_;

I tried to use password recovery system from Playonline.com service&support.
The S-E operator says me that "Member information and last 4 number of CC aren't correct"
I suppose that the scammer changed member informations (like address, email ect.) and payment information.
My account was inactive, so he payed 12,00€ with his CC for unlock it.

This operator (live chat help, on playonline.com) says me that without last 4 number of CC i can't reset password.
My question is:

Did i lose my account for ever?

SE has a new policy regarding compromised accounts. Try calling them or look around for a link regarding their new policies. If you're the original owner of the account you can fill out a Compromised Account Form giving them original billing information, when you lost control of the account and other info like that. You're not guaranteed to get it back but there's a chance. I got my account back after it was jacked with a keylogger. Just don't give up right away if SE turns you away, I had to make several calls and send multiple emails before they addressed my case. Good luck, I hope it all works out.

The operator said me it's impossible to recover the password without the last 4 number of CC again.... /sigh

Sorry, I'm really not sure about EU accounts but I would imagine it's the same. Are you telling them you believe your account has been hacked or are you just asking to reset the information?

Ah Pog, last thing:

My account wasn't hacked for real, i mean, a friend of mine got my password by my book, then changed CC, member information and password but he hasn't use keylogger or things like this.

Is S-E recovering passwork only for keylogger victim?

As long as you didn't willingly give your information to anyone it shouldn't matter. You don't have to tell them everything, so exclude any information that doesn't benefit you. Don't mention anything about giving login information to anyone (not that you have, I don't know) or anything like that.
