Changing payment card type

Anyone have any idea how to do this within POL? I'm trying to change my card type from MasterCard to Visa as it will not allow my payment information to be updated as it is trying to use MasterCard but my card is Visa.

What kind of error messages, if any are you getting?

I can't see why it wouldn't accept your card, unless your card isn't valid?

i encountered this problem for EU POL, bascially the usual screenies for update of payment infomation is the same, less this time, there is no scroll down to choose card type "Visa" & "Master".

When i tried to overwrite a "Visa" 16 digit number over, it generate an error, saying something like "Wrong "Visa" Card number". The POL seems to be expecting a "Master" card number by default. My "Visa" (at that time) was valid as it worked on another NA POL.

I shurgged it off as an EU POL standard that only accept "Master" because NA POL will always have a scroll down to let user choose the card type.

However, base on Red's new report, my lazy assumption is proven wrong. Personally curious if anyone knows how this happened and if there is any way to solve it.

I did get around this issue but with very lengthy steps.
1st) Overwrite the old "Master" card with a prepaid "Master" that whose credit will not make it for the next payment
2nd) When LM-15 appear on the next month during login, system will prompt to insert new 16D, and the scroll down bar for "Visa" and "Master" will appear once again.

Anyone could implement a more efficient solution?
