Well...scamming's not exactly a good thing So I guess it'd make sense....I mean scamming's not illegal but it sure is a bad thing. Also I don't exactly beleive that the person is his mother. If I were his mother (I'm a male btw) I'd just get him in trouble other than wasting my time typing. Also how would a mother know about accounts.net yet alone this site...I would just think it's a gaming news thing.

yep thats what i was thinking, and i think there actually would be a way that the law could get involved in scamming, it is a fraudulent activity afterall. Also, it is against the game ToS which if you are caught there actually could be a lawsuit for breaking a written agreement.

Ya but you couldn't exactly do much....most people who scam are for their own accounts. Which is against the rules but would still maybe go in your favor. But also the games arent even worth 100$ unless you find someway to actually go into the master coding and somehow do massive damage you cant really do much harm. Like that Glider, a judge just had a lawsuit against the creator because it break the rules. Scamming accounts isnt a HUGE game 'breaking' thing. So I'm thinking no one would actually make much of a case about it, but you never know. Some idiot's suing funcom because it dosent have what was said... Scamming wouldnt be much of a trouble because the owner put himself in that risk, hacking would involve the law..

yea, i agree, i doubt the case would make it far, but i am sure if someone knew what they were doing they could find some law that scamming would fall under.
