Google Chrome vs. Mozilla FireFox

As you may or may not be aware, Google has released their new web browser called Google Chrome, which is not only significantly faster than its competitors (IE, FireFox, and Opera), but also renders web pages more precisely in terms of coding as well.

Edit: If you're someone who is scared of privacy concerns with Google and its browser, because it has the option to report broken sites and anonymously retrieve data from your usage [to improve their search engine and services], you can download SRWare Iron, which uses the source code of Google Chrome and has deleted every call-back point to Google within its code.

Recently, Mozilla released a major upgrade to their most popular web browser, titled "FireFox 3".

With such new innovative web browsers being released, it's time to compare and contrast the differences in both performance and interface that both browsers have to offer.

Which browser is faster? Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox?

well from experience, im using both.

firefox is way stabler, way faster and way better.

on the other hand , google chrome is simple, straight to the point, and i love when i open it it shows pages i visited so anything is just a click away. not typing!@

I've been using Firefox for years. Nothing will change that. It's far too useful.
I did try out Google Chrome. They probably should've tried releasing this a few years back. It's neat, but I'm not sure it'll extinguish Firefox.

My Review

I am using Google Chrome while I post this and all I can say is "WOW!". This is a very impressive BETA release.

Pages load significantly faster than Mozilla FireFox 3, and it seems that the HTML code is rendered more properly than even FireFox. Also merging info from FireFox to Chrome was a real breeze!

Google's attempt at a web browser is very impressive. It's light-weight, easy to use, and most-importantly lightning fast.

I think I will now make this my default browser, no doubt.

I have no problem with the TOS. I don't think any conflicting issues will arrive.

Google has so much info about anybody and everybody...they are a massive company as well.

And I doubt that they'll put more ads in, because once they dominate this, they really will dominate the web.

i downloaded it and had a go, i do like the incognito function for when i have to *cough* hide things from my wife

Once Google Chrome gets out of the BETA I may try it, but right now I like FireFox. Even though some sites that my school uses only allow Internet Explorer to open it.
