What's your favorite anime?

Neon Genesis Evangelion is by far my favourite anime. It was action packed and very engaging. Death Note also has a really sick plot. Whoever came up with it had to be as crazy as Light was lol.

Hunter x Hunter !
It doesn't seem to be very popular, but ... I dunno, though it's about a buncha children it's much more fun to watch than the more violent animes to me. I do watch bleach and those newer ones, but if I had to choose .. Id go with hunter x :X

Most of these have been mentioned here already, but I'll put in my 2c (in no particular order)

1. Bleach
The spiritual successor to DBZ, with a lot more interesting powers and characters. Its what DBZ should have been.

2. Naruto Hurricane
This show leaves me hot and cold. Some episodes are so good, but some feel artificially stretched out, much in the way DBZ was. And don't remind me of the 80 or so filler episodes of the previous Naruto series, yikes! Anime show catching up to manga = bad fillers

3. Akira
The first anime I ever remember leaving an impact on me. At the time, I thought it was the best thing ever and could never be topped. When I watch it now, its two hours of Tetsuo!!! Kaneda!!! screamed over and over. Losing your arm to an orbital defense platform is still a pretty neat thing to watch.

4. Ghost in the Shell
The movies are great, but I'll be damned if I can figure out the Stand alone Complex and Solid State Society plotlines. I defer to the people smarter than me on this one.

5. Ninja Scroll
A classic and still one of the best anime of all time

6. Inu-Yasha
I'm not a big fan of this anime, but I don't hate it either. I am in awe of the fact that you can add 55 disks to your Netflix queue with it. That's a lot of half dog demon - modern japanese schoolgirl repressed sexual attraction to deal with, for anyone!

7. Full Metal Alchemist
One of the best written, best animated shows I've watched in a long time. And the movie picks up right where the series left off. Very well done. *spoiler* Don't bring people back from the dead, its um, bad you know?

8. The Adventures of Screw-on Head
Not technically an anime per se, but funny. Done by Mike Mignolia (Hellboy writer/artist), its a mechanical head that screws into various bodies to server america against undead, vampires, and demons. What's not to like?

9. Dragon Ball, DBZ, Dragon Ball GT
I have a love hate relationship with these shows. Any show that lets a character power up a huge attack over 8 episodes only to fail...The repetative nature kills the show, but when DBZ was good, it was really good.

My favorite is definetly Fushigi Yugi! *loves lolsdramas!*
Prolly hardly anyone out there that likes this one tho

But i also liked Honey&Clover I+II, Death Note and Akagi+Kaiji quite a lot too, they were all very exciting and kept me very amused

Im all about the dragon ball and dragon ball z. If you want an anime that is still running though, I would have to say bleach.

Ranma1/2, it has martial arts, it has romance, it has magic, I will never get bored watch the craziness of the NWC!

I like series like Escaflowne and Gundam, the latest show I've watched is Sousei no Aquarion.

Anyone else waiting for October and the second season of Gundam 00?!
