Question. are you able to call blizzard and all you gota know is the answer to the secret question and they will send you a new pass? i found a keylogger on my comp. had all my info stored on notepad which .... was discvored. So if i tell the gm the scoop and tell him my email it was addressed too and answer too secret question. will he send me my pass? need assistance. I also have cd-key but its somewhere in my house... screw that im not looking for it.

Help would be much appreciated. thanks

yes all you need to know is the full name on the account, and secret answer, then they will ask you wat new email you want on the account then send you your new pass, if you found a key logger just tell them then they will send something else to prevent it

Ok well, i just called blizz, he asked for first and last name. address and email. so i said and he said ok ( Are you SURE your This name ________ ) if not ill have to take this too the board and discuss your account further. i was like what the fuck... yea thats my first and last name and it should be registerd on the acc aswell. Hes like ( well from the looks of it your not telling me the truth about your name... i was like what the fuck you smoking and i hung up the phone... way to go blizzard support for helping.. and how da fuck does he know if its my real name or not? i told him my fucking name!

I'm POSSITIVE< the thing was he asked me for my REAL name because he said i was lieing about my REAL name.. i was so confused... he scaerd me half to death. i thought he was a stalker. i was like umm.. yea arnt you sopose to be helping me and saying all kinds of other shit

If you're under 18 (which you clearly are) you have to be registered under a guardian over 18.

You dont sound a day over 12.
