I'm currently in the process of setting up a web-based community to discuss entertainment (film, tv, games etc.) and also to provide quality, dependable community-driven content such as reviews and information on upcoming releases etc.

I'm trying to gauge interest in the subject, so if you'd be interested in joining the community (I'm not particularly recruiting staff, although we do need staff in the near future), but rather seeing if anyone is interested in producing content to be displayed on our front page site and also generally be involved. The community will be based around a forum, and the best content as decided by the review team (hence the need for staff in the near future), will be posted up on the main site. Hopefully in the future we can set up a revenue generation system based on advertising and once we get a good base of funding maybe pass some of this onto the community content generators.

Any thoughts or comments? I've deliberately not given any easy way of finding the site since it's still being set up, but if you're interested I can give you the location once we enter our private beta.

Note (mainly to staff): This is completely unrelated to egamingsupply, although any staff here interested in taking part are very warmly welcome. I also do not intend to be of any competition to this site, as although there may be a very small MMORPG section (as in not really a section but a few topics), I don't intend to provide a trading platform like here. If I'm 'poaching' inappropriately just let me know and I'll remove this topic

agreed on the xbox section. well 360 + live etc.
Films and TV would also be of interest as i find myself going to almost every new movie including every one of those very first midnight showings i can get my hands on
