Offgamers.com - Good or Bad? (Answer: Bad)

So I deal with many companies out there on a regular basis. Offgamers today, specifically for the purchase of a half dozen or so game keys.

This time around, their paypal system is magically down, yet they have my payment deducted and I have the receipt for the transaction. Saving a few bucks going through their service, and their site claiming an instant to two hour delivery time, it's not a problem.

I contact their live help feature and they tell me the accounting department needs to look into it to verify manually. This would be twelve hours later, opposed to the instant to two hour delivery time.

This is the second time for me now, hosed by this same company in what they claim. First time around I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now it's turning into a repeat pattern.

Anyone else have problems like this with this company? After this transaction, I will most likely cut this company loose from the supplier list. My entire order was based upon convenience on delivery, but each time they end up taking longer than every competitor site to deliver.

Update: After waiting 12 hours, they cancelled my order by their own will. They claim they don't allow multiple copy sales, which is stupid if you ask me. I don't see why a company would turn down a customers money. I made sure prior to ordering, to contact a livehelp operator to confirm I could purchase multiple copies and they said it was fine. Apparently they were wrong.

So in five days they will have hit the "refund" button on paypal, wasted an entire day of mine, and still leave me empty handed. The first time I thought a fluke, the second time confirmed a pattern.

Word of advice: Don't ever use this company.
