Hehe.. Well going from FFXI to WoW is a pretty big switch around. The main differences really are probably the solo-ability, and the pvp. Or dare I say average age as well? In FFXI there are really a select amount of things you can solo with a select amount of jobs you can solo them as. You could potentially gear your entire character out in WoW without as much talking to another individual. It's possible although I probably wouldn't recommend it. Might get a little boring. Coming from FFXI you might find the PvP in WoW to be a breath of fresh air. Not that you have that many people talking smack in FFXI but there were always a couple tards that you wished you could kick the crap out of but could never get into a ballista... Don't really have that problem in WoW ^^;; All Duels and or BGs take is the click of a button.
Oh and I don't want to say that the entire WoW community is full of 12 year olds, because it isn't. It's just filled with a rather large amount of 18-50 year olds who act like they're 12. I'll admit I had a bit more trouble in WoW finding a cool group of guys to run with than FFXI, but they exist! Just gotta dig em up.
