Can I log into my account while it is being Power-Leveled?

Yes, our power levelers will not change your account password to prevent this. However we strongly recommend you avoid doing this if at all possible, because it drastically increases the chances of your account being suspended/banned. If you login, and the account is suspended/banned, we will not be liable.

I didn't get my receipt email, what do I do?

First of all, please wait 10 minutes from the time of submitting the order form. Then check your spam/junk email. If you still can't find the email, please contact Infamous Flame immediately.

Do I have to deal with foreign Power Levelers?

No. To give you a superior Power Leveling experience, you will have contact only with our American Customer Service Manager.

How long will my Power Leveling take?

An estimated time is given on the pricing table. However, please allow at least a 25% margin in case of server downtime etc. If this margin has been exceeded please post in your thread for further assistance.

What do I do if I have a question?

Should you have any questions about your Power Leveling, you should post a reply to your thread. If its an urgent matter, PM the provider (who will be the one updating your thread daily) with a link to what you've just posted, so he knows to check. The reason we ask that you always post correspondence in the thread, is so that there's no danger of lost PMs etc. and we are able to provide the most streamlined service possible.
